Healthy Banana Pudding

Recipe time! This is a recipe for Chia banana pudding and it is absolutely delicious.


All it takes is 3 ingredients and prep time is under 10 minutes.
Here they are:

  • 1/4 Milk  
  • 2 TBS Chia Seeds
  • 1 Banana
To make it through the milk and banana in a blender (magic bullet or stick blender works best) and blend until smooth. Then just toss in the chia seeds and pulse the blender a couple times to mix the seeds in. Let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until it is a pudding consistency and serve cold. 

This is an awesome recipe because the Chia seeds and milk make this a complete protein, while the banana gives you a serving of fruit. For most people this will make 2 servings but I use it as a main part of my breakfast so it only makes one. If you are having trouble finding the chia seeds check out a local co-op or health food store, if you can't find them there look on here on Amazon verify that they are food grade Chia seeds.
